Refund policy
Products sold by Sew Heart Soul require custom printing and cutting of fabrics and trims. Therefore, refunds or returns are not available unless an item(s) is damaged. If, upon receiving your order, you discover that an item is damaged, please email hello@sewheartsoul.com. In the event that an item is returned, Sew Heart Soul will send a shipping label and a refund will be issued once the item is returned back to Sew Heart Soul.
Refunds or returns are not available for digital download products.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
